
Three-Minute Meditation Instructions
After several decades of study and experimentation I eventually synthesized a rapid powerful meditation called the Three-Minute Meditation method of self-reprogramming. I gathered a list of desired healthy “beliefs” that matched the mental, physical, and spiritual goals I wanted to incorporate into my life; I then used what is called hemispheric balancing to rapidly replace self-sabotaging beliefs. This practice involves using physical positions that facilitate the absorption of new, positive beliefs into my subconscious. I incorporated this powerful technique first thing in the morning, after which the arrow of my day was propelled in the direction I chose (as opposed to the automated ones that were previously ingrained in me.)
